You'll receive monthly training plans, weekly emails on various training topics and unlimited contact with Coach Ron for the extremely affordable price of $75 a month. That comes out to a whopping $2.50 a day!  I bet you spend more on coffee in a week and don't even realize it! 
This will get you in the best running shape you've ever been in and you'll be lowering those old personal records in no time!
Personalized training program based on you goals provided by you on the running questionnaire.

  • Personalized training program utilizing the Addaero coaching site. This is also  your personal training log.
  • Initial phone call to answer training questions.
  • Unlimited communication with coach Ron via email and/or phone calls
  • Weekly emails covering various training subjects.
  • Goal Race pre-planning meeting to discuss race strategy and pacing
Training programs will include a variety of workouts (or suggested cross train and/or days off) for all 7 days of the week utilizing Addaero as your workout delivery site as well as your own online log.  This also allows Coach Ron to see your workout results every time you enter then and this acts as an even greater communication tool in order to make sure you're training properly and adjustments can be made if necessary.  You'll receive an email every day with your workout for that day and a look ahead at the next 5 days.
Variety of workouts will include easy runs, speed work, long runs, tempo runs etc.  The program will also include suggested paces to run for each type of run throughout the week based on your goals.  This is not a cookie-cutter, generic program, this is specific to your ability, your available time commitment and most importantly, your goals.  It doesn't matter what your current level is, if you want to improve, this is the way to do it.  Get ready to be the best runner you've ever been.  The training programs will keep you excited about running because the key workouts will always be different and challenging.  Challenging enough so you work hard, but achievable so you feel amazing when you've finished a workout.  You may find yourself doing more than you ever thought possible and you'll be remarkably fresh and not nearly as tired as you may have been in the past.

We will build an athlete/coach relationship built on communication.  Communication is key to both of our success.  I can't help you achieve your goals if I don't know how you're feeling in your workouts or about the overall program.  I'll be your cheerleader when you need one, you're confidant when you need an ear to listen, your motivation when needed and sometimes even there to give you a kick in the butt to get you moving!  I'll be your inspiration and your voice of expertise.  All of this with the one common goal of helping YOU ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS AND SUCCEED!

Monthly payment below is set up as a reoccurring monthly charge and already includes the consultation fee, we've just spread it out throughout each month.  Consultation fee includes includes an in person (if local in Mpls/St.Paul area) or over the phone meeting about your goals and your previous training and running/racing history so that a program can be properly created based on your needs and goals.
